Our team provides prompt and practical advice on many areas of criminal defence and private criminal prosecutions. 

The lawyers in our team are skilled in advising upon matters for which Legal Aid would not normally be granted, for example, corporate defence of prosecutions brought by Local Authorities, Trading Standards, Health & Safety Executive and similar bodies.  Even where fines are inevitable we have successfully persuaded the courts to impose the lowest penalty. 

The team deals with Road Traffic Prosecutions, especially where disqualification from driving is a likelihood.  They have a high success rate in retaining a client's licence, or keeping a ban to a minimum level.
