Our Accident Claims Team specialise in dealing with personal injury claims.  We understand the stress you are under and will do everything in our power to help your claim for compensation run smoothly.  Our solicitors are all members of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Anyone can claim who has had an accident, which was not their fault.  For example, a road traffic accident, an accident at work, a criminal assault, by suffering food poisoning or perhaps an accident at hospital or dentist's surgery.  Even minor injuries in road traffic accidents receive compensation plus other expenses such as the excess on your insurance policy, any loss of earnings, travel expenses whilst you were without your car, and numerous other items.

The majority of claims are settled without even starting Court proceedings and less than one per cent of all claims actually end up with a hearing in Court.  Most claims will cost nothing. If you win your claim, the other side will have to pay your costs, your expenses, and the insurance premium you paid.
