Our Licensing Team has extensive experience, gained over many years in dealing with Magistrates' Courts and Local Authorities in providing specialist legal advice on transferring and protecting an existing licence upon purchase. 

Licences have been successfully obtained for all sizes of new premises, ranging from large up-market restaurants, hotels and continental style student cafes, to sporting clubs, recreational clubs and even vineyards, and for various activities that are licensable under existing law.

Our team provides a full liaison service with Local Authorities, Police and the Courts.  Clients also benefit from the back up from our Commercial Property and Corporate Finance Teams, who together with the Licensing Team, can offer a seamless service to the client in the acquisition of premises and the establishment of a business.
