Experience
Our team has wide experience and a sound track record in all types of planning, environmental and contamination matters from minor applications and small nuisances to new business park proposals and major contamination. This experience is drawn from acting for both public and private sector clients including, in the public sector, acting for authorities in their planning and environmental protection functions.
Very often, solutions can be found by negotiation and persuasion but where necessary we can provide advocacy at public inquiries and in the courts.
In some cases we work with colleagues in other teams, for example commercial property and construction, to provide a comprehensive service to all concerned with planning and environmental matters.
