Our team is an acknowledged specialist in all aspects of childrens' cases.  We are one of the few firms to have three accredited children's law specialists who are members of the Law Society's Childrens Panel. 

We have extensive experience from general advice and support in problems relating to access and custody (now known as residence and contact) to dealing with complex child abuse cases in the County and High Courts, admission and exclusion of pupils in education and dealing with adoption both in this country and abroad.
