On the other hand, sometimes the Will or the operation of the law makes inadequate provision for those who are left behind. On occassion, there are disputes about tax issues. We regularly act in bringing and defending claims in estates from the very small to the very large. For example, we were recently sucessful in the Court of Appeal in a dispute about Inheritance Tax against the Inland Revenue in the High Court in a £6 million Inheritance Act claim.
