As well as advising commercial clients, the team is also able to advise individuals on property disputes.
Our team provide advice on disputes with landlords, boundary and neighbour disputes. We have successfully dealt with a number of boundary disputes and disputes about individuals' rights of ways.
We are also able to offer legal help with possession claims by mortgagors and advise clients on their individual building problems. Our team have advised on a number of claims by mortgagors for outstanding monies and on possession proceedings both for landlord and tenants and mortgagors. Other examples of our involvement in these types of cases include a claim against the builder of a client's house for defective plaster work, and a number of cases where there have been problems with the erection of conservatories at private properties.
