This seminar will provide an overview of those parts of the Companies Act 2006 that will come into force in October 2008, and preview some of the remaining changes coming into force in October 2009. The second part of this seminar will look both at what directors should be doing in difficult economic times and the opportunities available for buying a business at a bargain.
